Honeycomb Social Events is a design-led concept that helps communities build and measure social capital. Each event is developed to increase trust and reciprocity among citizens and between neighboring communities.

This approach to social design finds the right combination of bonding, bridging, and linking techniques to reduce social fragmentation and help promote social capital between communities. Every event has a unique concept and imagery used for promotions. Bold graphics and a vivid color palette energize these activities. A familiar tabloid newspaper format helps kickoff each community engagement in small towns and reinforces the program’s mission.
